Although mentoring ONE on ONE with Casey James is a very custom experience, there is a general outline of what you can expect in the coming months of working together. Every person arrives at this mentorship experience with their own mental, emotional and physical mindset that’s playing a role in creating who they are being and what they are doing. This is a monthly subscription program and the top priority of any mentor is to optimize the conditions in which the mentee is experiencing their world, so the first month is focused upon that... As the monthly Mentoring continues on a subscription basis know that you can cancel at any time by communicating your desire to end your mentoring with Casey before the monthly subscription renews.
The first month of mentoring with Casey:
This is all about establishing clarity about where the mentee is at in their business and life. This is about asking questions and establishing an understanding of their MODEL OF THE WORLD. This provides insights into potential Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This is called a SWOT Analysis about what a mentee faces.
The Monthly interactions include:
· A minimum of 1 weekly calls of a minimum of 45 minutes or more
· Weekly Text Communication to maintain rapport and communication interactions.
· Access to Casey’s Mentoring Audio Library. In the Library are audios of all subject types such as Meditation Audios, Audio Books and Private Personal Messages for mentees
The Second and Third Month of Mentoring with Casey:
This is all about establishing awareness and ensuring that mentee has the new mental, emotional and physical mindset that is serving them to become empowered to move in the direction of their dominant desires. This will be looking at skills, competence, and execution. The first 90 days are all about reset and establishing new routines and habits that support the foundation of the changes that were first implemented after the SWOT analysis.
The Fourth Month and beyond:
This is about continually optimizing performance and outcomes. After the foundation of a routine is in place, a mentee can communicate their areas of interest and choose to focus on the key areas of interest to them. They may choose to become a trainer or coach with the Next Level Networker or consider some other partnership with Casey. Once again, every person is custom, and all types of interactions with Casey are possible.

Definition from Wikipedia:
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger, but have a certain area of expertise. It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn. Mentorship experience and relationship structure affect the "amount of psychosocial support, career guidance, role modeling, and communication," that occurs in the mentoring relationships in which the protégés and mentors engaged.
The person in receipt of mentorship may be referred to as a protégé (male), a protégée (female), an apprentice or, in recent years, a mentee.
"Mentoring" is a process that always involves communication and is relationship based, but its precise definition is elusive, with more than 50 definitions currently in use.
One definition of the many that have been proposed, is Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development; mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have greater relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience (the mentor) and a person who is perceived to have less (the protégé)".
Mentoring in Europe has existed since at least Ancient Greek times. Since the 1970s it has spread in the United States mainly in training contexts, with important historical links to the movement advancing workplace equity for women and minorities, and it has been described as "an innovation in American management".
